AJC Miami and Broward is excited to announce that applications for the 2026-2027 Leaders For Tomorrow (LFT) Miami & Broward Cohort are now open!

Leaders For Tomorrow (LFT) is AJC's premier leadership development program for Jewish high school students. Through interactive sessions, advocacy training, and meaningful discussions, participants gain the knowledge, confidence, and skills to advocate for Israel, combat antisemitism, and stand up for the Jewish people and democratic values.

Throughout the program, students will:

Develop leadership and public speaking skills.
Learn about Israel, global Jewish issues, and international affairs.
Build advocacy skills to address antisemitism and misinformation.
Connect with peers from across Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
Engage with diplomats, elected officials, community leaders, and policy experts.
Become part of AJC's global network of young leaders.

As part of the program, participants will have the opportunity to attend The Susan and Bart Lewis Family Leaders For Tomorrow Advocacy Day in Washington, DC, where they will meet with Members of Congress and advocate on issues affecting the Jewish community, Israel, and human rights.

The AJC Leaders For Tomorrow Miami & Broward program is open to Jewish students entering 10th, 11th, or 12th grade for the 2026-2027 school year. Space is limited, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. We encourage interested students to apply as early as possible.
