ABOUT

Teens Advocating Together is a program of the Jewish Community Relations Council of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation and the Miami-Dade Branch of the NAACP to bring together high school students from the African American and Jewish communities. Through a series of workshops and programs, led by leading professional and volunteer advocates in Miami-Dade County, teens build leadership and advocacy skills, volunteer together, and form relationships with peers from across Miami. The program concludes with the opportunity to advocate with elected officials on issues that the teens choose.
